Co of Manchester is located at Rathausplatz 12 in the centre of Sankt Pölten, a 5-minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof. Our studio occupies the ground floor of a quiet side street off the main square — look for the ink-blue door and the small brass nameplate. Parking is available in the adjacent Rathausgarage (approximately €2/hour). The studio is fully accessible by wheelchair; please note this at booking if relevant so we can prepare the treatment room accordingly. We are open Monday to Friday 09:00–19:00 (Thursday and Friday until 20:00) and Saturday 10:00–18:00. We are closed Sundays.

Call us on +43 2742 123 4567 during studio hours. If we are with a client and cannot answer, leave a message and we will return your call within 2 hours. Please do not call outside business hours — we check messages at the start of each working day.
Write to info@thepureplatehub.co.im for general enquiries, programme information, or gift voucher orders. For booking requests, please include your preferred dates, the treatment you're interested in, and any relevant health notes. We respond within one business day.

Reserve your first ritual online or call us directly. New clients receive a complimentary pre-treatment consultation before their first session.
We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the slot to clients on our waiting list. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are charged at 50% of the treatment fee; no-shows are charged in full. We understand that emergencies happen — if you find yourself unable to attend, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you. For programme clients, reschedule policies are outlined in your programme agreement.
